Suitable assignments

Send us your CV with a summary of your most recent (interim) assignments and tell us which assignments interest you the most. We like to get to know you personally and to discover the assignments that best match your profile and preferences. Suitable match

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities of varying duration, on a freelance or secondment basis. Once a suitable match is found, we propose you, together with other candidates, to the client. Whilst we offer advice and guidance, it is the client that ultimately decides whom they wish to select. If you are successfully chosen, we remain in touch with both you and the client throughout the entire assignment. You devise your own strategy for the work, and we discuss your progress with you through an interim evaluation. At the end of the assignment, you conclude by presenting a handover report together with any recommendations you might have.

Administration and invoicing

Have you been successfully selected for an interim assignment? DUX oversees all the administrative matters surrounding your placement, from contracts and employment agreements to certificates of good conduct. Invoicing and payment processes are fast and easy via our interim portal, to which you will be given access.

Hourly rates

We offer you hourly rates (zzp/freelance) that are in line with the assignment and the non-profit market. When it comes to a secondment, you will receive a salary in line with the market plus excellent fringe benefits, such as a pension scheme, sick pay and holiday leave.


Personal contact is our priority. We are more than just an intermediary;  we invest in our relationship with our professional clients and candidates. Throughout the assignment period, we act as an experienced partner offering guidance and support, both remotely and on-demand. Even for a seasoned interim manager, it can be useful to discuss matters with an external party during an assignment. We are always ready to help you think things through.
