Suitable assignments

Send your CV with your most recent (interim) assignments and let us know which assignments you find specifically interesting. We take the time to get to know you personally and to gain insight into the assignments that best match your profile and preferences. If you have seen a vacancy on our website, you can respond via the apply button at the bottom of the page.

Suitable match

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with varying assignment durations. On a freelance basis, as well as on secondment. If there is a suitable match, we will propose you, together with other candidates, to the client. We do offer advice, but the clients themselves select whom they want to talk to. Are you about to start work? Then we will stay in contact with you and the client throughout the assignment. You draw up a plan of approach for it, and we will discuss your progress in an interim evaluation together with you. At the end of the assignment, you round things off by providing a handover document and recommendations.

Administration and invoicing

Have you been selected for an interim assignment? DUX takes care of all administrative matters surrounding your placement. From contracts or employment agreements to a declaration of good conduct. Invoicing and payment is easy and fast via our interim portal, which you will be given access to.

Hourly rates

We offer you hourly rates (zzp/freelance) that are in line with the assignment and the non profit market. When it comes to a secondment, you will receive a salary in line with the market and excellent fringe benefits, such as a pension scheme, continued payment in the event of illness, and holiday leave.

Throughout the assignment period, we serve as a sparring partner both remotely and on demand and provide dedicated guidance.
